MANNOL Radiator Flush 9965
$111.00
Radiator Flush special cleaner for cooling systems of internal combustion engines (ICE) and interior heating systems. Suitable for any liquid-cooled internal combustion engine. It is a chemical scale converter with active detergent components – it is guaranteed to clean the cooling system of any degree of contamination.
Product properties:
– Compatible with any coolant;
– Improves heat transfer in the cooling system and increases the efficiency of the radiator by 50–70%;
– Removes rust, scale, lime scale, antifreeze decomposition products, grease and other contaminants from all elements of the cooling system (engine cooling jacket, radiator, heater, pipelines, etc.);
– Eliminates local overheating of the cylinder walls resulting from clogging of the cooling jacket with scale and leading to increased wear of the cylinder-piston group and, as a result, to its jamming;
– Reduces the likelihood of engine overheating and its “boiling” when driving in traffic jams;
– Restores the circulation of coolant through the radiator tubes clogged with deposits;
– Protects the pump oil seal from destruction by abrasive inclusions and products of decomposition and oxidation of antifreeze;
– Absolutely neutral to all structural materials (metals and alloys, plastic and rubber parts);
– Possesses excellent anti-corrosion properties, neutralizes corrosive acids;
– Does not contain acids, does not require neutralization.
Application: Add the contents of the bottle to the cooling system, turn on the heater and start the engine at idle speed. Allow the engine to warm up to operating temperature and run for 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the expected degree of contamination. Drain the old coolant and flush the system with water, then refill the cooling system with new coolant.

A special additive in the coolant – the sealant for the cooling system of gasoline, diesel and gas engines. Suitable for all liquid cooling systems with small leaks. Especially recommended for systems with aluminum radiators, but also suitable for radiators made of any other material (copper, plastic and composite, etc.). It is a unique blend of polymers and is designed to eliminate small leaks in the system.
Product properties:
– Compatible with any coolant, as well as water. Most clearly manifests its properties with liquids based on organic technology – OAT (Organic Acid Technology);
– Possesses excellent anticorrosive and antioxidant properties, significantly improves the heat transfer of the system;
– Seals the cooling system and eliminates leaks through gaskets, clamps, small cracks in the radiator, cylinder head gaskets, from the water pump and from the cylinder block itself. Prevents future leaks. Does not repair cracks in hoses;
– It cures only in places of leaks, without clogging radiator pipes and hoses. After hardening, withstands vibration, temperature changes, does not wash out, does not dissolve;
– Especially recommended for sealing micro cracks and micro leaks, the places of which are difficult to determine, but due to which there is a drop in the level of the coolant;
– Completely neutral towards metal and plastic parts. Restores the lost elasticity and resilience of seals, gaskets and hoses. Protects them from drying out, hardening, deformation and cracking, slowing down their aging and thereby extending their service life;
– Extends the life of the water pump;
– Recommended for continuous use in order to prevent leaks, aging process and wear of seals and gaskets, as well as prevent cooling system failures.
Application:
1. Check the coolant level.
2. Start the engine at idle speed and let it warm up to operating temperature by turning on the interior heating.
3. Thoroughly shake the contents of the bottle and pour it into the expansion tank of the cooling system (or into the radiator) at a concentration of 3% to 6% (0.3 to 0.6 liters per 10 liters of coolant). One 600 ml bottle is sufficient for a 10 liter system.
4. Close the cooling system and let the engine idle for 5-10 minutes until the system is sealed and leaks are repaired.
5. Add coolant if necessary.
A special additive in the coolant is a sealant for the cooling system of internal combustion engines (ICE) and the interior heating system. Suitable for any liquid-cooled internal combustion engine with radiators made of any materials (aluminum, copper, plastic and composite, etc.). It is a mixture of metal polymers and special fibers and is designed to eliminate leaks in the system.
Product properties:
– Compatible with any coolant as well as water;
– Seals the cooling system and eliminates leaks through gaskets, clamps, small cracks in the radiator, cylinder head gaskets, from the water pump and from the cylinder block itself. Prevents leaks in the future;

– Possesses excellent anti-corrosion properties, neutralizes corrosive acids;
– Extends the life of the water pump;
– Can be used to prevent leaks, as well as to prevent the aging process and wear of seals and gaskets, and in general to prevent cooling system failures.
Application: Start the engine at idle speed and let it warm up to operating temperature, turn on the interior heating. Shake the contents of the bottle thoroughly and pour it into the expansion tank of the cooling system (or into the radiator). One 325 ml bottle is sufficient for a 12 liter system. Let the engine idle for 10 minutes. If the leaks are not eliminated within 3 days, mechanical repair is required.
