Water-miscible greasing and cooling fluid (GCF) with a high content of mineral oil and a highly effective additive package, providing multi functionality and stability of the emulsion for machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Recommended concentration ± 5% depending on the processing mode of a particular metal.
Universal heat-resistant anti-wear grease based on highly refined mineral oils with a thickener based on heat-stable complex lithium soap with addition of synthetic esters and special anti-wear, anti-oxidant and anti-corrosion additives. Developed for long-term lubrication of ball and roller bearings operating under high thermal and mechanical loads.
Properties:
– The presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-seize and anti-friction properties of the grease;
– Keeps its performance properties from -30 °C to +170 °C, which increases the service life of the bearings;

Application: For lubrication of heavily loaded slide and roller bearings, hub bearings, various joints, cardan joints, suspension units and other units exposed to shock loads and vibrations in vehicles, agricultural and off-road equipment. In commercial vehicles – of assemblies working under medium and high loads (axle bearings and drives, cardan shaft bearings, wheel hubs, dumper truck bodies, towing devices, cardan shafts, steering knuckles, lifting devices, handbrake actuators, fifth-wheel couplings).
Suitable for use in industrial equipment requiring a high-temperature high-pressure grease NLGI 2: foundries, vibrating machinery, mining, roller conveyors, etc.

Polyalkylene glycol thermo- and waterproof anti-corrosion grease for guides and caliper piston. Prevents sticking, souring and drying of parts. Reduces friction and wear on pads. Neutral to rubber and brake fluid.
Compatible with DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5.1.
Operating temperature: -50 °C / +1000 °C.
Application: Thoroughly clean the treated surfaces and apply a thin layer of grease.

Lithium-calcium semi-fluid grease for the lubrication of slow-speed gearboxes and centralized lubrication systems (CCS) of trucks and buses, meeting the Daimler requirements (sheet 264) for truck lubricants and the requirements of MAN TL 283.
