MANNOL Winter Diesel 1:1000 – a special anti-gel additive developed using a unique technology to reduce the pour point (gelation) and the maximum filterability temperature of both summer and winter diesel fuel grades. It is suitable for any type of diesel fuel and all types of diesel engines (atmospheric and turbocharged) with any fuel systems, equipped and not equipped with diesel particulate filters and catalysts. Application: Shake thoroughly before use. Add to diesel fuel or directly to the fuel tank before each refueling or immediately after it, starting in the fall; in a ratio of 1:1000 (250 ml of anti-gel per 250 L of fuel). Self-mixing.
Attention! The additive freezes in the cold and shows its full properties only when mixed with diesel fuel. Due to the risk of freezing, the additive must not be stored at temperatures below 0 °C. Under the influence of cold, it becomes solid and does not flow. In this case, it must be heated to room temperature to make it usable again. The additive can only be added to the fuel when it is in the liquid state.

Complex anti-wear additive for all types of diesel fuel and especially for types I and II with a low sulfur content according to GOST R 52368-2005 (European specification EN-2005). – Completely removed from the system along with old oil.
Application: at the operating temperature of the engine, add the contents of the container to the used engine oil before replacing it. After 10 minutes of engine idling, drain the used oil, replace the filter and fill in the new oil (you CAN’t DRIVE the CAR UNTIL THE new OIL is FILLED in!). – Dissolves paraffin crystals formed in diesel fuel under the influence of low temperatures, which allows effectively restoring fuel pumpability in the system and starting the engine on congealed or turbid fuel;
– Improves the low-temperature properties of fuel: reduces the turbidity and congelation temperatures, as well as the limit of filterability;
– Forms a stable and durable lubricating complex ester-oil film of high adsorption degree on the units and separate parts of the fuel system, which significantly reduces the friction coefficient of the contacting surfaces and their wear. The effect is particularly noticeable in high-pressure fuel pumps regarding the plunger-liner pair, injectors and pump nozzles – which significantly increases the service life of this expensive equipment. As far as the high-pressure fuel pump is concerned, this eliminates the main cause of plunger pair wear – bad-quality “dry” diesel fuel;
– Forms an additional stable and durable lubricating complex ester-oil film of high adsorption degree in the combustion chamber regarding following pairs: ring – liner and valve head – seat in two strokes out of four from the moment of atomisation of the fuel-air mix – which significantly reduces the friction coefficient and the wear of the liner and compression rings, and also valve seats, especially not hardened ones. It is completely combusted together with the fuel, leaving no deposits;
– Due to the contained detergent additives, it effectively cleans units and separate parts of the fuel system from all types of dirt and deposits, and the combustion chamber from soot deposits, which are formed during fuel combustion, including low-quality fuel. Prevents formation of new deposits on the non-contacting surfaces of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys due to formation of a special protective oil film. It also has a distinctive corrosion protection effect.
Application:
Disconnect and dismantle fine and coarse fuel filters. Remove congealed fuel from them. Add the package contents mixed with diesel fuel in a ratio of 1:1 to the filters. Put the filters back in their place. Then add the additive to the fuel tank in a ratio of 1 part to 200 parts of fuel. Wait 15 to 20 minutes until the congealed diesel fuel has dissolved, and then start the engine. The 0.5 L container is calculated for 100 L of fuel. In the future, we recommend using MANNOL Winter Diesel (antigel) every time you refuel to prevent the fuel from congealing. Depending on the fuel type and temperature, the effectiveness of the additive may vary. We recommend purchasing at least 0.5 liters of the product at the same time.
Diesel fuel additive for cleaning and regeneration of all types of Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) without dismantling and disassembling. Suitable for all types of diesel fuel and for all types of diesel engines equipped and not equipped with automatic DPF regeneration systems. Application: Add the contents of the bottle to the cooling system, turn on the heater and start the engine at idle speed. Application: Start the engine at idle speed and let it warm up to operating temperature, turn on the interior heating. Shake the contents of the bottle thoroughly and pour it into the expansion tank of the cooling system (or into the radiator). One 325 ml bottle is sufficient for a 12 liter system. Let the engine idle for 10 minutes. If the leaks are not eliminated within 3 days, mechanical repair is required.
A special additive in the coolant – the sealant for the cooling system of gasoline, diesel and gas engines. Suitable for all liquid cooling systems with small leaks. Application:
1. Check the coolant level.
2. Start the engine at idle speed and let it warm up to operating temperature by turning on the interior heating.
3. Thoroughly shake the contents of the bottle and pour it into the expansion tank of the cooling system (or into the radiator) at a concentration of 3% to 6% (0.3 to 0.6 liters per 10 liters of coolant). One 600 ml bottle is sufficient for a 10 liter system.
4. Close the cooling system and let the engine idle for 5-10 minutes until the system is sealed and leaks are repaired.
