Universal multipurpose anti-scuffing lithium soap grease based on highly refined mineral base oil with addition of synthetic esters, anti-wear and anti-scuffing EP additives (EP – Extreme Pressure) of molybdenum disulphide and lubricating graphite, with high-temperature resistance, sealing ability and providing excellent anti-friction and anti-scuffing properties.
Properties:
– The presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-seize and anti-friction properties of the grease;
– Keeps its performance properties from -30 °C to +120 °C, which increases the service life of the bearings;
– Has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. Forms a solid lubricating film to extend the service life of lubricated units. Provides effective boundary lubrication at high pressures and temperatures;
– Thanks to the EP additives used, it withstands extreme and high-impact loads. In the event of accidental overheating, the layered additives eliminate seizure and jamming;
– Thanks to special anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion additives, it reliably protects bearings and other parts against corrosion even when operating in a moist and soiled environment;
– Has good thermal stability, which ensures resistance to temperature variations, and mechanical stability, which prevents grease extrusion and loss of consistency during operation, thus reducing grease loss and consumption;
– Effectively resists oxidation and does not form deposits;
– Maintains its elasticity and adhesion properties over a long period of use;
– The consistency of the grease remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life 5 years from the date of production.Application: For the lubrication of various transport, agricultural and off-road equipment operating under increased and/or impact loads or vibrations in dusty, wet and/or dry environments: universal joints, fifth wheel couplings with kingpins, CV joints, slide and roller bearings, chassis and other heavily loaded friction units of machinery.

Universal energy-saving all-season transmission fully synthetic oil of the latest generation specially developed for use in robotic and manual gearboxes of TOYOTA and FORD cars (Attention! Not for all manual transmissions). Applicable for transfer cases and differentials. Developed based on the requirements of the TOYOTA group.
Product properties:

– Due to its unique composition, it provides excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure properties, which significantly extends the life of the equipment in all, even the most extreme, operating modes in a wide range of ambient temperatures. It has increased resistance of the oil film to high pressures and increased shear stability;
– Provides excellent low-temperature properties, which ensures easy start-up, reliable lubrication, as well as smooth, easy and accurate gear shifting at any ambient temperature (up to -45 °C) and under any operating conditions;
– Effectively protects against varnish and clogging of the synchronizer ring;
– Effectively resists aeration, foaming, has excellent cooling properties. Has low evaporation loss;
– It has increased thermal, thermo-oxidative and chemical stability and resistance to high-temperature thermal degradation over the entire life cycle. This allows to reduce the formation of sludge, varnish, soot and other carbon deposits, significantly increase the oil change interval and ensure the durability of the transmission parts, which reduces maintenance costs;
