Universal multipurpose anti-scuffing lithium soap grease based on highly refined mineral base oil with addition of synthetic esters, anti-wear and anti-scuffing EP additives (EP – Extreme Pressure) of molybdenum disulphide and lubricating graphite, with high-temperature resistance, sealing ability and providing excellent anti-friction and anti-scuffing properties.

Properties:
– The presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-seize and anti-friction properties of the grease;
– Keeps its performance properties from -30 °C to +120 °C, which increases the service life of the bearings;
– Has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. Forms a solid lubricating film to extend the service life of lubricated units. Provides effective boundary lubrication at high pressures and temperatures;
– Thanks to the EP additives used, it withstands extreme and high-impact loads. In the event of accidental overheating, the layered additives eliminate seizure and jamming;
– Thanks to special anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion additives, it reliably protects bearings and other parts against corrosion even when operating in a moist and soiled environment;
– Has good thermal stability, which ensures resistance to temperature variations, and mechanical stability, which prevents grease extrusion and loss of consistency during operation, thus reducing grease loss and consumption;
– Effectively resists oxidation and does not form deposits;
– Maintains its elasticity and adhesion properties over a long period of use;
– The consistency of the grease remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life 5 years from the date of production.

Application: For the lubrication of various transport, agricultural and off-road equipment operating under increased and/or impact loads or vibrations in dusty, wet and/or dry environments: universal joints, fifth wheel couplings with kingpins, CV joints, slide and roller bearings, chassis and other heavily loaded friction units of machinery.

Lithium-calcium semi-fluid grease for the lubrication of slow-speed gearboxes and centralized lubrication systems (CCS) of trucks and buses, meeting the Daimler requirements (sheet 264) for truck lubricants and the requirements of MAN TL 283. Produced on the basis of highly refined mineral oils with the application of anti-wear, depressant, anticorrosive and antioxidant additives.

Product properties:
– Keeps its operational properties up to a temperature of at least + 120 °C, which increases the service life of bearings;
– It is excellently pumped, due to its consistency and low temperature properties – the CSS lines are not blocked even at very low temperatures down to -40 °C;
– It has good water resistance, resists leaching with water, while maintaining protective properties;
– It has good adhesion to metal surfaces, forms a long-lasting, resistant to temperature fluctuations and pollution, oil film, which allows to increase the shift interval and reduce the cost of maintenance;
– Reliably protects bearings and other parts from corrosion;
– It has good thermal and mechanical stability, effectively resists oxidation;
– Has good anti wear and antifriction properties;
– The grease consistency remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life is 5 years from the date of manufacture, subject to storage rules and packaging integrity.

Application: Specially designed for the central lubrication system of freight cars and buses, applicable in other DSS and pneumatic tools.

When using grease, the requirements of equipment manufacturers must be observed.
Store in a dry room at temperatures from + 5 °C to +35 °C.

Multipurpose waterproof grease made on the basis of highly refined mineral oils with a thickener based on mixed lithium-calcium soap with the addition of special adhesive, antioxidant and anticorrosive additives.

Product properties:
– Preserves its operational properties to a temperature of at least + 120 °C, which increases the service life of friction units;
– Due to the use of different metal cations in the thickener, it has enhanced protective properties;
– Reliably protects bearings and other parts from corrosion during operation of the equipment in a humid and dirty environment for a long service life;
– Effectively reduces friction and wear;
– It is steady against action of hot and cold water, is absolutely not susceptible to the action of sea water, possesses water-repellent and sealing properties;
– It has good adhesion to metals, forms a durable, resistant to water, temperature fluctuations, pollution, lubricant film, which allows to increase the shift interval and reduce the cost of maintenance;
– Resistant to softening, aging and oxidation. It has good thermal and mechanical stability. Maintains stability to changes in temperature;
– Meets a wide range of requirements, which allows the use of a single lubricant in most nodes;
– The grease consistency remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life 5 years from the date of production.

Application: For industrial equipment operated in conditions of high humidity. It is also used as universal grease with extreme pressure properties for off-road applications where constant contact of water with the grease is characteristic.

Designed for servicing boat mechanisms, wheel bearings, ball bearings, swivel joints, pins for cardan shafts, ropes and pulleys, winches and other friction units where exposure to a humid environment is possible.
