Description:
Mobile unit for collection of waste oil through the oil filler hole with a help of probe, as well as in a traditional way, through the oil drain with the help of funnel. Collected oil falls into a special container and is being disposed. Intake of oil is made by compressed air pressure of 10.8 bar. Quick and easy removal of waste oil from the engine or transmission. Glass antechamber is designed to control the quality and quantity of collected oil.

Suitable for all oils, antifreeze, water etc. Thanks to the chemical resistance, the non-corrosiveness and the temperature resistance of the HDPE construction this pump is also suitable for use in the industrial sector. Instructions:
– Air supply must be filtered of water and oil impurities before connecting to the bank. Air supply is to be 87psi ~ 116psi (6bar ~ 8bar)
– Temperature of oil shouldn’t be higher than 60°C, oil temperature of 40-60°C is suggested.
– Please ensure the valve which connect between the tank and cylinder is closed for oil draining, air pressure in the tank is not allow to get into the cylinder, otherwise it could lead to explosion of cylinder and cause body injury.
– Tank pressure of 0.7bar (10psl) for oil extraction, the maximum air pressure is nor allow to exceed 1bar (14.5psl). Please make sure to evacuate the residual compressed air out of the tank before the next time use.
