MANNOL 2K-PUR is a two-component polyurethane-based adhesive for reliable bonding and cosmetic repair of various surfaces and parts and especially for repairing leaks and cracks. Quickly and reliably bonds parts made of all plastics and all metals and alloys in any combination. Suitable for concrete, stone and wood. Ideal for quick repairs with long-lasting effects, e.g. for filling cracks and cavities on surfaces of all shapes. Can be used in the repair of vehicles and other machinery as well as in industry, everyday life and offices.
Properties:
– Cures completely in 20-30 minutes at room temperature, after which any mechanical processing is possible;
– After curing it has exceptional elasticity and high durability, which it retains for a long time;
– Has very high adhesive properties;
– Does not change volume during curing – i.e. does not shrink;
– Does not contain water and solvents, is odourless;
– Thixotropic: When applied, it does not run without external influences;

1. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded of old paint and other coatings, dirt, grease and oil deposits. Remove burrs on the front side with a file and shape the pierced surface evenly forming a chamfer. Grind the damaged area with sandpaper within a radius of 5-7 cm around the perimeter of the piercing or the cracks.
2. Degrease using 9691 MANNOL Brake Cleaner. Roughen the surfaces for best results. Allow to dry.
3. Apply an appropriately sized mesh to the inside of the hole or crack to be treated, overlapping the edges of the hole by at least 5 cm. For large holes it is recommended to apply a second layer of mesh, additionally overlapping the first layer by 50 %. On the front side, apply the foil supplied with the kit to the surface to be treated.
Bonding can take place at any temperature and humidity conditions, however a temperature of +10 to +30 °C and a humidity of 50-60 % is optimal.
4. Squeeze out the required quantity of the two components from the double syringe and mix well. The mixing ratio is 1:1. Apply the mixture on the inner side of the reinforcing mesh over the entire treated surface. Smooth out the applied layer with a trowel, taking care not to apply excessive force to avoid squeezing the compound onto the front side.
5. After 10 minutes, remove the foil from the front side, allow the compound to harden and apply MANNOL Epoxy-Plastic 9904 to the treated surface in preparation for further painting.Setting time 4-6 minutes after mixing. After 8-10 minutes the adhesive is already resistant to deformation. Complete curing takes 20-30 minutes, depending on the surrounding temperature. Do not apply the product at temperatures below 0 °C. Store tightly closed in the original packaging in a cool, dry place at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.

Suitable for painting MANNOL Acryl Paint Black: metal surfaces, including those previously painted with powder paints (external walls of refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, etc.); any plastic surfaces; natural dense fabrics (posters, clothing items); dense mineral surfaces: concrete, brick, plastered (except for facades), plasterboard, artificial and natural stone, unglazed ceramics, crushed stone, etc., used in atmospheric conditions and indoors. It can be used for painting and decorating wood products (furniture elements, photo frames, windows, doors, etc., except for floors) and glass used indoors.
The surface to be painted must be thoroughly cleaned of grease and other contaminants, rust, scale, old peeling paint, sanded, degreased with a solvent, we recommend the MANNOL Brake Cleaner 9691 degreaser, and dried. To obtain a more durable coating, metal surfaces should be primed with an anti-corrosion primer. Cover areas of the surface that are not subject to painting with paper or paint tape.
The temperature of the surface to be painted must exceed by at least 3° C the dew point (the temperature at which moisture from the air condenses on a solid surface). Drying time of the coating at a temperature of (20 ± 2)° C-1 h. it is allowed to apply the second layer in 2-3 minutes.
To get a rich color, it is recommended to apply the paint in at least 3 layers. The first layer is the base, applied very thinly. Intermediate layers (layer) should be thicker. The last layer is also applied thinly. After applying each layer, give it time to dry, but no more than 30 minutes. When applied “wet”, the highest degree of adhesion between the paint layers is achieved.
Paint should be done outdoors in calm weather, in industrial areas, warehouse premises in the presence of ventilation. Before applying, shake the balloon for 3 minutes after the ball knocks. Safety valves workability – when pressed, the valve should open, releasing the contents, when released to stop release of content (should not pass the content through the connection nipple head). Spray vertically in a thin layer from a distance of 25-30 cm at a temperature of 5° C to 30° C. Spray first horizontally, then after a short pause, vertically. Depending on the color, the number of layers is from 1 to 3. After the work is completed, clean the valve: to do this, turn the spray bottle down and press the valve for 2-5 seconds.
A single bottle can be paint up to 2 m² of even surface. It depends on the type, quality and preparation of the surface to be painted, climate factors, color and skills of the worker. If necessary, apply a special transparent varnish over the paint.
Diesel fuel additive for cleaning and regeneration of all types of Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) without dismantling and disassembling. Suitable for all types of diesel fuel and for all types of diesel engines equipped and not equipped with automatic DPF regeneration systems. Especially recommended for cars operating in the city (in traffic jams) and / or when using low quality fuel.
Regular use helps to restore the DPF to factory settings.
Product properties:
– Reduces the ignition temperature of soot in DPF, thereby accelerating and facilitating the process of its afterburning at all engine operating modes, and especially in urban mode, thereby extending the filter life and reducing the cost of operating the car;
– Increases the completeness of fuel combustion, thereby reducing its consumption, all other things being equal;
– By increasing the completeness of combustion, it increases power and reduces soot formation and toxicity of exhaust gases. It can be used to prevent clogging of the particulate filter.
Application: Add to the tank before refueling in the ratio of 400 ml to 60 liters of fuel. Use every 2000 km.

Innovative engine protection agent based on synthetic compound ethers – esters (group V oils) and hexagonal boron nitride microparticles h-BN (white graphite) – anti-wear and anti-friction additive for engine oils without oil bath clutches (friction clutches). It is suitable for all types of engines – diesel and petrol, four-stroke and two-stroke and for all types of oils – mineral, semi-synthetic, synthetic, including those containing ether (ester). It is a stable suspension of graphite-like micro powder in ether.
Ether molecules in the additive are magnetically bound to metal surfaces due to their distinct polarity and form a dense and very stable oil film, while ceramic microparticles smooth out any unevenness of friction surfaces and effectively dissipate heat. This prevents direct contact of metal surfaces and wear of separate parts even under the most extreme operating conditions. Dry friction during cold starts, especially at sub-zero temperatures, is prevented, thus minimising wear during engine start-up.
The boundary layer that forms when the product is applied has the following properties:
– extreme pressure resistance – allowing the engine and/or transmission to operate at increased loads without negative consequences;
