Chain Lube – fully synthetic white lubricant in the form of an aerosol for high-load and high-speed drive chains of motorcycles, ATVs, scooters and other motor vehicles, as well as bicycles. Suitable for all types of chains (O-ring, X-ring, W-ring).

Application: before applying 7901 MANNOL Chain Lube, it is recommended to clean the chain with 7904 MANNOL Chain Cleaner. Spray the grease on the chain. After evaporation of the solvent (5-10 minutes), the lubricant acquires its final properties – the final consistency and the required adhesion.

Catalytic System Cleaner is a professional tool for cleaning and restoring the efficiency of catalytic converters. Suitable for all gasoline engines, both naturally aspirated and turbocharged, equipped with these systems. It also allows you to clean the power supply system and fuel injection devices of a gasoline engine from all typical contaminants without disassembly.

Properties:
– Cleans valves, piston rings, working surface – catalytic Converter cells, exhaust system from carbon deposits, tar and other deposits. Removes carbon deposits from the walls of the combustion chamber and from the grooves of the piston rings, preventing their occurrence;
– Helps to clean the oxygen sensor electrodes (lambda probe);
– Restores the original engine power by reducing the hydrodynamic resistance of the exhaust system;
– By optimizing the combustion process and eliminating contamination of the fuel and exhaust systems, it reduces fuel consumption and exhaust gas toxicity;
– In the future, with a long-term effect, it protects the catalytic converter from blockages, and the fuel system from corrosion;
– Increases the service life of the catalytic Converter and the entire exhaust system.

Application: connect the injection device to the cylinder. Insert (stick) its needle into the rubber hose of the engine air intake and hang the balloon upside down (for example, by the edge of the raised hood) as a dropper. Turn on the flow of funds. Allow the engine to idle at 1500 rpm for approximately 30-45 minutes. Do not allow the engine to overheat. If the exhaust manifold starts to glow red (due to high temperature), stop cleaning immediately.

Contact Cleaner is a special cleaning agent for fast and effective cleaning and degreasing of dirty and rusted electrical contacts of all types.

Ideal for:
– cleaning of electrical blocks and contacts, electronic circuit boards and terminal blocks, lamp bases, cable lines, communication relays, interrupters, ignition distributors, starters, generators, fuses, etc. in cars;
– plug sockets, clamps, electrical distribution devices, battery contacts in industry and everyday life;
– audio and video equipment, office and commercial electrical equipment – cash registers, electronic scales, scanners, etc.

– Quickly, efficiently and carefully cleans electrical contacts and connectors, as well as electronic elements from fat and oil films, oxides, phosphates, dust and other insulating contaminants. Reduces the electrical resistance of the contacts and thereby reduces the power loss of electrical equipment and stabilizes the voltage;

Application:
Before cleaning, disconnect the electrical circuit. Spray MANNOL Contact Cleaner on dirt and leave for 5-10 minutes to act, depending on the intensity of the contamination. Remove dissolved dirt with a cloth or brush. Remove excess product with a damp cloth. In case of contact with the surface of plastic and lacquered parts, remove the composition with a damp cloth. Before connecting to the electrical circuit, wait 10 minutes for the solvent residue to evaporate.

Motor Kaltreiniger – highly effective detergent for cleaning and maintenance of the engine compartment of the car. Quickly, efficiently and carefully removes any contamination of the engine compartment: oil, residues of evaporated and burnt technical fluids, road dirt and dust, road reagents, etc. Softens and dissolves the most difficult to remove and old dirt. A clean engine is less likely to overheat.

Application: Spray on the parts to be cleaned from a distance of 20-30 cm and leave to act for 10-20 minutes, depending on the degree of contamination. Then rinse thoroughly with a strong stream of water.

Air Filter Oil-special ultra-sticky impregnation for low-resistance air filters (HIGH-FLOW AIR FILTER) – in common language use «zero-it” or “zero-resistance filters”. It is suitable for use in all 2-stroke and 4-stroke motorcycles and scooters with air-and water-cooled engines, as well as in any other equipment in which such filters are installed normally or as tuning details.

Properties:
– Provides maximum air supply, increasing engine power;
– Reliably holds dust, dirt and sand in the most extreme conditions. Reduces wear and extends the oil change interval. Eliminates engine damage caused by contamination, extends its life and reduces maintenance and repair costs;
– Provides excellent adhesive properties of the filter, so that it effectively detains even the smallest dust particles, while it is securely held on the surface of the filter elements;
– Recommended for use in Motorsport;
– Colors the filter in tints from pale pink to red, and the color may appear immediately or after a while;
– Completely eliminates the risk of destruction of HIGH-FLOW filters during operation.

Application: Remove the filter. Clean the filter surface from coarse dust and dirt particles by tapping and then using a soft-pile brush. Apply MANNOL Universal Cleaner 9972 on both sides of the filter. Let it soak in. After 10 minutes, rinse the filter in a container of water, then under a low stream of water. Dry the filter well. Shake the container and spray 9964 MANNOL Air Filter Oil on the filter from a distance of 20-30 cm. Mash the filter to achieve the best penetration of the impregnation into the filter. Let it dry for 15 minutes.

Complex detergent and lubricant ashless (does not contain metals and their compounds) petrol additive based on synthetic esters for all types of petrol (including two-stroke) and hybrid engines equipped with catalytic converters. Cleans both the fuel system and the exhaust system. Improves the efficiency of catalytic converters by cleaning them WITHOUT DISMANTLING, as well as optimises the operation of oxygen sensors (lambda probes), keeping them clean.

Properties:
– By increasing the combustion temperature and releasing active oxygen in the process, it burns out and removes deposits and impurities in the entire exhaust system, including the catalytic converter and sensors. The result is reduced resistance to exhaust gas movement, optimised composition of the fuel-air mixture and the combustion process, thus increasing engine power and energy conversion efficiency;

– Reduces carbon monoxide formation, opacity and toxicity of exhaust gases, increases the life of catalytic converters, oxygen sensors, spark plugs, injectors and the engine as a whole. This eliminates the most common engine problems leading to “Check Engine” indications and reduces maintenance and repair costs;

– Ensures lubrication of the entire fuel system and cleaning of its individual elements from soot and deposits of all kinds (varnish, resins, etc.), especially from all types of injectors and carburettors, spraying nozzles, fuel pumps, intake valves and the combustion chamber, as well as avoids formation of new deposits thanks to the contained esters and special detergents. Reduces caking of piston rings, which prevents them from getting stuck. All this reduces excessive fuel and oil consumption;

– The strong and resistant oil film formed during the application of the additive significantly reduces wear of all fuel system friction couples and prevents corrosion of its elements, thereby increasing its service life, as well as reducing the wear of cylinders, pistons and piston rings;

Application: For maximum effective cleaning add in a ratio of 450 ml per 30 L of fuel (1:60) to the fuel tank; to prevent impurities add in a ratio of 1:100.
