Anticor is a high – quality anti-corrosion and anti-gravel agent in the form of a liquid based on synthetic resins and rubbers. It is intended for processing of external and internal surfaces of a car body, a bottom, wheel arches, wings, aprons, lower surfaces of thresholds of cars, etc. It is suitable for processing the internal surfaces of the hood, doors, and body amplifiers. For professional body repairs, it is used to protect welds from inside of panels, protect the internal surfaces of new body panels, as well as to process fenders, doors, aprons, hoods, trunks, etc. before installing on the car.
Properties:

Application: before applying the product, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned of rust, dirt and dust, grease, oil and other organic contaminants. For degreasing, we recommend using 9691 MANNOL Brake Cleaner. For best results, it is recommended to apply the product at room temperature.
The product is applied using a spray gun with a compressor at a pressure of 2 to 8 bar (depending on the desired fineness of the spray). Shake the balloon well before use. After pouring the product into the spray container, immediately close the balloon, as a film forms very quickly on the surface of the product. Spray with a layer of up to 1.5 mm at a distance of about 20-30 cm from the surface. Resistance to abrasion and corrosion increases with the thickness of the coating. For this reason, the spray process should be repeated once or twice after a short (1-2 minutes) drying time. To obtain a uniform coating and not to leave untreated areas, the spray must be carried out crosswise. The coating is not subject to further staining.
Depending on the thickness of the layer and weather conditions, the car is ready to move again in about 2 hours. Final drying takes 12-24 hours.
Contact Cleaner is a special cleaning agent for fast and effective cleaning and degreasing of dirty and rusted electrical contacts of all types.
Ideal for:
– cleaning of electrical blocks and contacts, electronic circuit boards and terminal blocks, lamp bases, cable lines, communication relays, interrupters, ignition distributors, starters, generators, fuses, etc. in cars;

Application:
Before cleaning, disconnect the electrical circuit. Spray MANNOL Contact Cleaner on dirt and leave for 5-10 minutes to act, depending on the intensity of the contamination. Remove dissolved dirt with a cloth or brush. Remove excess product with a damp cloth. In case of contact with the surface of plastic and lacquered parts, remove the composition with a damp cloth. Before connecting to the electrical circuit, wait 10 minutes for the solvent residue to evaporate.
Intake Valve Cleaner-a highly effective tool for cleaning the intake system of gasoline engines up to the intake valves and in the most inaccessible places from all the typical dirt without disassembling the system. In most cases, a single application is sufficient to bring the intake system into perfect condition.
As the idling valve (IAC) is operating, deposits gradually accumulate on it, which ultimately affects the circulation of air and gases. This reduces engine power and acceleration, disrupts the smoothness of idling, and significantly increases fuel consumption. Signs of a clogged idle valve may include:
– Difficult start-up;
– Intermittent idling, as indicated by jumping tachometer readings;
– Slow speed reduction when you press the clutch pedal while driving;
– Black smoke from the exhaust pipe.
Properties:
– Quickly, effectively and carefully removes dirt, soot, carbon, resinous and oil deposits and other most difficult to remove and old dirt;

Application: shake the balloon well before use. The product must be sprayed behind the air flow meter (the product must not get on it) for at least 30 seconds (depending on the degree of contamination) when the engine is idling (at least 2000 rpm).
If there are particularly persistent deposits on the throttle, inside the intake manifold, or on the intake valves, the cleaning procedure can be repeated. After application, allow the engine to run for about 20 seconds at min. 2000 rpm, so that possible residues in the intake system can burn.
Belt Tensioner – means for care of driving belts: quickly, safely and effectively eliminates extraneous sounds (creaking, whistling, etc.) and slipping of belts, cleans them from dirt, removes traces of oils, restores elasticity, protects against drying and cracking. It is used for drive belts of alternators, air conditioners, power steering and other units.
Properties:
– Reduces wear on belts and pulleys, prevents their aging, thereby extending their service life;
– Increases the efficiency of the belt drive;
– Reduces noise during operation of the engine;
– Especially effective for eliminating the slippage of old belts when they can not be replaced or stretched;
– Suitable for V-belts and semi V-belts, not suitable for flat belts;
– For belts made of leather, various fabrics impregnated with rubber or balata, chemical fibers, nylon, polyurethane and other synthetic materials;
– Regular use of the product extends the service life of the belts by 1.5–2 times.
Application:
Stop the belt drive. Spray a small amount of the product from a distance of approximately 20 cm on the pulley under the side surfaces of the belt and/or directly on the side surfaces themselves. Turn the belt drive at least one full turn of the belt so that the product is evenly distributed over the belt surface. Repeat the procedure one or more times if you want to achieve a greater thickness of the protective layer. After applying the last layer leave to act for 10 minutes before starting the engine again.
Carburetor Cleaner – highly effective carburetor cleaner without dismantling it. Quickly, carefully and effectively cleans throttle and air dampers, diffusers, jets and all other available internal surfaces of carburetors, as well as their external surfaces. Applicable to all two – or four-stroke gasoline engines, with or without catalytic converters.
Properties:
– It is a mixture of highly effective organic solvents. Does not contain acetone;
– Completely dissolves and removes all typical carburetor contaminants of various origins;
– Does not clog the engine components located behind the carburetor: valves, combustion chamber, etc.;
– Stabilizes idle speed, facilitates cold start, improves engine acceleration;
– Optimizes the operation of the intake system by cleaning and lubricating its moving parts;
– The product contains substances that are aggressive to paint surfaces and plastics;
– Reduces fuel consumption (up to 5%) and exhaust gas toxicity;
– Applicable for cleaning motorcycle chains, timing chains, clutch parts, oil pumps, gears, crankshafts and other unpainted metal components and engine parts.
Application. Turn off the engine and remove the air filter. You need to get direct access to the throttle. Spray the product on all internal surfaces of the carburetor located in the access area, as well as, if necessary, on external surfaces. Let them dry. Replace the air filter in its original position. It is advisable to replace it at the same time. Turn on the engine and let it run at medium speed, and you can already start driving. You can also let the engine run at idle for 20 seconds at 2000 rpm, so that the remaining dirt in the injection system can burn.
If the engine allows, i.e. can maintain a stable speed when the air intake is disconnected, then cleaning can be performed when the engine is turned on. If this doesn’t work, contact the service center to find out how to do it. Sometimes it is enough to turn off the air flow meter. When the engine is running, the cleaning process is significantly intensified. At the same time, do not allow the product to get on the air flow meter and painted parts.
Chain Lube – fully synthetic white lubricant in the form of an aerosol for high-load and high-speed drive chains of motorcycles, ATVs, scooters and other motor vehicles, as well as bicycles. Suitable for all types of chains (O-ring, X-ring, W-ring).
Properties:

Application: before applying 7901 MANNOL Chain Lube, it is recommended to clean the chain with 7904 MANNOL Chain Cleaner. Spray the grease on the chain. After evaporation of the solvent (5-10 minutes), the lubricant acquires its final properties – the final consistency and the required adhesion.
Complex detergent and lubricant ashless (does not contain metals and their compounds) petrol additive based on synthetic esters for all types of petrol (including two-stroke) and hybrid engines equipped with catalytic converters. Cleans both the fuel system and the exhaust system. Improves the efficiency of catalytic converters by cleaning them WITHOUT DISMANTLING, as well as optimises the operation of oxygen sensors (lambda probes), keeping them clean.

Application: For maximum effective cleaning add in a ratio of 450 ml per 30 L of fuel (1:60) to the fuel tank; to prevent impurities add in a ratio of 1:100.

Suitable for all gasoline engines, both naturally aspirated and turbocharged, equipped with these systems. It also allows you to clean the power supply system and fuel injection devices of a gasoline engine from all typical contaminants without disassembly.

Application: connect the injection device to the cylinder. DPF Regenerator & Flush Fluid – a professional set of tools for gentle cleaning and restoring the efficiency of diesel particulate filters (DPF) without dismantling them. Suitable for all diesel engines, both naturally aspirated and turbocharged, equipped with these systems. Applicable for diesel engines equipped and not equipped with automatic regeneration systems for diesel particulate filters. Suitable for all DPF’s. The product is applied to the particulate filter using a sprayer with a compressor.
Properties:
– 9995 DPF Regenerator starts the process of regeneration of the particulate filter. Promotes complete burning of the accumulated soot, loosening it and acting as a combustion catalyst. Dissolves and removes unburned dirt from the pores of the particulate filter;

1. Stage with the use of DPF Regenerator 9995: Stop the engine. Cool the diesel particulate filter to less than 40 °C. Pour the entire amount of the product into the spray container. Remove one of the particulate filter sensors (pressure or temperature). Insert the spray gun into the orifice. Spray the entire volume of the product in the particulate filter at a pressure of 4 BAR. Leave to act for 20 minutes. Replace the sensor. Place the container under the exhaust pipe to collect dirt. Turn on the engine and let it run at high speed (approximately 3000 rpm) for 5 minutes, while the exhaust pipe may leak dirty black liquid.
Stop the engine. Cool the diesel particulate filter to less than 40 °C.
2. Stage with application of washing liquid 9996 DPF Flush Fluid: Pour the entire amount of the product into the spray container. Remove one of the particulate filter sensors (pressure or temperature). Insert the spray gun into the orifice. Spray the entire volume of the product in the direction of the particulate filter at a pressure of 4 BAR. Leave to act for 1-2 minutes. Insert the sensor into place. Turn on the engine and let it run at 2000 – 2500 rpm for 5 to 15 minutes until the product completely evaporates from the filter. During the cleaning process, foam flakes may escape from the exhaust pipe. Stopping the foam output indicates complete evaporation of the product.
After cleaning is complete, you need to drive for 20-30 minutes on a flat road with an engine speed of about 3000 rpm (it is allowed to let the engine idle for 20-30 minutes with a warm-up to the operating temperature). After that, for the best effect, start the process of forced (manual) regeneration of the particulate filter in accordance with the instructions of the car manufacturer.
To keep the particulate filter clean, use the 9994 MANNOL DPF Filter Cleaner in the future between service periods.

Install the particulate filter sensor in place. Check the cleaning efficiency with a tester on the stand or with a test drive. After regeneration, make sure that the on-Board computer does not issue an error code again. Keep in mind that in some cases you may need to delete errors manually.
