MANNOL Acryl Paint Silver – quick-drying silver paint for painting various surfaces of the car, made almost from any materials. It is created on the basis of synthetic acrylic resins. It is also intended for painting, decorative design and repair of small objects and household products, elements of landscape and interior design that are not subjected to mechanical loads.

Properties:
– Dries quickly, which minimizes the time required for painting;
– Forms a coating with high performance characteristics, which has good hardness, light resistance (retains color and does not fade in the sun), hiding power, resistance to environmental influences, washing and wet cleaning with non-abrasive detergents. It does not age, can withstand temperatures within 180° C, is inert to oils, fuels, acids, alkalis, thermoplastic and water-resistant;
The coating is a homogeneous, with no craters, pores, wrinkle and foreign inclusions of the surface. The color of the coating must be within the tolerance limits set by the RAL catalog;
– Has excellent adhesive properties-forms a strong and resistant coating;
– Transmits the tone well, and to a lesser extent depends on the thickness of the layer, which cannot be said about competitive materials, where spots appear when the layer is uneven;

Application:
Suitable for painting MANNOL Acryl Paint Silver: metal surfaces, including those previously painted with powder paints (external walls of refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, etc.); any plastic surfaces; natural dense fabrics (posters, clothing items); dense mineral surfaces: concrete, brick, plastered (except for facades), plasterboard, artificial and natural stone, unglazed ceramics, crushed stone, etc., used in atmospheric conditions and indoors. It can be used for painting and decorating wood products (furniture elements, photo frames, windows, doors, etc., except for floors) and glass used indoors.
The surface to be painted must be thoroughly cleaned of grease and other contaminants, rust, scale, old peeling paint, sanded, degreased with a solvent, we recommend the MANNOL Brake Cleaner 9691 degreaser, and dried. To obtain a more durable coating, metal surfaces should be primed with an anti-corrosion primer. Cover areas of the surface that are not subject to painting with paper or paint tape.
The temperature of the surface to be painted must exceed by at least 3° C the dew point (the temperature at which moisture from the air condenses on a solid surface). Drying time of the coating at a temperature of (20 ± 2)° C-1 h. it is allowed to apply the second layer in 2-3 minutes.
To get a rich color, it is recommended to apply the paint in at least 3 layers. The first layer is the base, applied very thinly. Intermediate layers (layer) should be thicker. The last layer is also applied thinly. After applying each layer, give it time to dry, but no more than 30 minutes. When applied “wet”, the highest degree of adhesion between the paint layers is achieved.
Paint should be done outdoors in calm weather, in industrial areas, warehouse premises in the presence of ventilation. Before applying, shake the balloon for 3 minutes after the ball knocks. Safety valves workability – when pressed, the valve should open, releasing the contents, when released to stop release of content (should not pass the content through the connection nipple head). Spray vertically in a thin layer from a distance of 25-30 cm at a temperature of 5° C to 30° C. Spray first horizontally, then after a short pause, vertically. Application:
Paint should not be applied over another coating – it should be completely removed if possible. Also be sure to remove the rust. The surface must be sanded, cleaned and degreased before painting. It is acceptable to sand not the entire surface, but only the part of it that you plan to apply paint to, and there may be a difference in tone between the old and new coating. For degreasing, we recommend using the MANNOL Brake Cleaner 9691 degreaser. It is recommended to pre-Prime the surface to be painted. Shake the paint container for at least 2 minutes immediately before use. Spray the paint from a distance of 30 cm on the surface. To achieve the best result, you need to work at a temperature of at least +20° C. To get a rich color, it is recommended to apply the paint in at least 3 layers. Tire Shine is a particularly resistant and hardy water – based blackener for tires that gives them a long-lasting and intense black color and Shine.

Properties:
– Contains polymers and natural oils: the coating formed in this way, unlike silicone, does not allow the rubber to dry and does not attract dust and dirt;
– Not only creates a coating, but also is absorbed by rubber – tires retain an intense black color and Shine for several weeks in any weather: under the sun and in the rain;
– Returns a rich dark black color even to faded gray tires, masking micro-cracks and minor defects;
– Creates a waterproof and water-repellent film on the surface after four hours;
– Softens rubber, protects tires from further cracking and counteracts the aging of rubbers of any composition;
– Protects the rubber from the damaging effects of ultraviolet light;
– It can handle the bumper and moldings (if they are black) and rubber seals on the car doors to prevent freezing in the cold.

Application:
Thoroughly clean the surface to be treated, apply the product as thinly as possible with a sponge and that’s it!
Attention: avoid getting the product on the wheels and in the brake system.

Auto Shampoo is a highly foaming super – concentrate of shampoo with the highest washing and cleaning effect for manual contact washing of cars and other vehicles, which has conservation properties.

Properties:
– A special mixture of active substances-foaming agents creates a very rich active foam and thoroughly cleans the car;
– Active detergents effectively remove all types of stains and dirt: dust, fuel, oil, grease, soot, insect residues, etc. due to their excellent splitting properties;
– Suitable for washing glass;
– Easily washed off with water without leaving stains, streaks, smudges and other traces;
– Protects the body after washing and gives it an excellent shine, especially recommended for use before putting the car in storage (long-term parking);
– Quickly dissolves in both hot (warm) and cold water. Effective even when using hard water;
– Has a pleasant citrus smell;
– Phosphate-free, biodegradable.
Compatibility: safe for paint surfaces, plastics and rubber-technical products.

Application:
Remove persistent soiling in advance with a strong stream of water.
To prepare the working solution, the concentrate must be diluted with water in a ratio of 1:100 (100 ml per 10 liters of water) to 1:20, depending on the degree of soiling. Apply the solution with a sponge to the surface of the car body. Leave for 5-10 minutes to act. RUB the car body with calm movements without pressure. Wash the surface thoroughly with clean water. The pH of the solution in a ratio of 1:100 (20 °C) is 7-7.5.

Silicone Spray is a universal protective water – resistant, insulating and antifriction agent based on organosilicon compounds. It is intended, among other things, for effective lubrication of rubbing surfaces made of dissimilar materials (for example, metal and plastic) to eliminate jamming, creaking and cracking that occur during vehicle operation. It is recommended for use where the use of lubricants containing petroleum products and fats is undesirable.

Properties:
– Forms a solid transparent polymer layer of silicone molecules on the treated surface, which gives the surface excellent water-, dust-repellent and antistatic properties, in addition, it reduces friction, prevents creaking, freezing and corrosion;
– Can be used both inside and outside the car, on surfaces made of plastic, rubber, metal, wood, etc.
– Protects surfaces and restores their Shine, protects against UV exposure;
– Restores the elasticity of rubber and plastic parts and protects them from drying and cracking;
– Does not contain mineral oils and fats.
– Recommended for lubrication of rollers and guides of seat belts and hatches, for protection against freezing of rubber seals of doors, hoods, trunk lids, etc . protects against aging and embrittlement of bumpers, radiator grilles, spoilers, moldings, vinyl covers, etc. protects against moisture and water electrical equipment and contacts.

Application: clean the surface to be treated before use. Shake the balloon well before use. Spray evenly on the surface in the required amount from a distance of 10-15 cm. If necessary, wipe the surface with a dry cloth. Do not use on objects that have contact with food. You can apply the product on a dry sponge or cloth and wipe the surface thoroughly. Avoid applying to glass, varnished or fabric surfaces. Do not use on the steering wheel, pedals, or door handles.
