Rust Dissolver is a fast – penetrating and fast-acting rust dissolving and removing agent with excellent anti-friction and water-repellent properties. It allows you to quickly and safely mount and dismantle hardware of all types, as well as lubricates and protects various movable joints from corrosion: door locks and hinges; levers for driving carburetor dampers; telescopic antennas; fasteners for body and chassis elements, etc. Contains substances which gradually release, during the operation, the molybdenum disulfide.
Properties:

Application: Shake the balloon well before use. Spray on a rusty surface from a distance of approximately 20 cm and let it soak in for 30 minutes. If necessary, wipe the surface with a piece of cloth to remove any remaining rust and dirt.
Chain Cleaner – cleaner of driving chains of motor vehicles and its individual parts in the form of aerosol.
Suitable for all types of chains (O-ring, X-ring, W-ring).
Properties:
– Due to the high content of active substances, it quickly, effectively and carefully cleans and degreases chains from old grease, dirt, dust, sand and other road contaminants;
– Specially selected solvents effectively dissolve and clean the old dried and hardened residues of petroleum products in the form of resin and varnish;
– Has excellent solvent properties and easily penetrates all gaps in the chain;
– Quickly and completely evaporates without damaging the oil seals;
– It is recommended to use before applying fresh 7901 MANNOL Chain Lube.
Application: Place a cloth or cardboard under the parts to be cleaned. Shake the balloon and spray the product liberally several times and let it drain. After evaporation (approximately 10 minutes), the chain becomes clean and fat-free, prepared for applying 7901 MANNOL Chain Lube.
Attention: the product can aggressively affect rubbers, polymer materials and paint coatings – check their compatibility before using.
Brake Cleaner – universal ultra-effective degreaser for metal surfaces. It is used primarily for cleaning surfaces in vehicles and everyday life intended for subsequent processing (gluing, painting, coating, sealants, etc.)
– Contains acetone, aggressive to paint coatings, some plastics and rubbers. Before use, it is necessary to check its effect on a specific material or coating. If negative effects are detected, these surfaces must be protected to avoid chemical damage;
– Removes grease and oil contamination, silicones, certain types of paint coatings, chemical residues, dirt, dust, plaque and other contaminants that will impair the adhesion of the treated surface with the materials applied to it (lacquers, paints, adhesives, sealants, etc.);

Recommended for cleaning brake discs and pads – extends their service life with regular use.
Application: can be applied by flushing, dipping, spraying and pouring. Large parts and components are best treated with spray or wet with wide brushes, rags or similar means. It is usually enough to spray the degreaser on dirty surfaces and let it drain. After the solvent has evaporated, the surfaces will be cleaned and degreased. In case of heavy dirt, wipe the surface.

Catalytic System Cleaner is a professional tool for cleaning and restoring the efficiency of catalytic converters. Suitable for all gasoline engines, both naturally aspirated and turbocharged, equipped with these systems. It also allows you to clean the power supply system and fuel injection devices of a gasoline engine from all typical contaminants without disassembly.
Properties:
– Cleans valves, piston rings, working surface – catalytic Converter cells, exhaust system from carbon deposits, tar and other deposits. Removes carbon deposits from the walls of the combustion chamber and from the grooves of the piston rings, preventing their occurrence;
– Helps to clean the oxygen sensor electrodes (lambda probe);
– Restores the original engine power by reducing the hydrodynamic resistance of the exhaust system;
– By optimizing the combustion process and eliminating contamination of the fuel and exhaust systems, it reduces fuel consumption and exhaust gas toxicity;
– In the future, with a long-term effect, it protects the catalytic converter from blockages, and the fuel system from corrosion;

Application: connect the injection device to the cylinder. Insert (stick) its needle into the rubber hose of the engine air intake and hang the balloon upside down (for example, by the edge of the raised hood) as a dropper. Turn on the flow of funds. Allow the engine to idle at 1500 rpm for approximately 30-45 minutes. Do not allow the engine to overheat. If the exhaust manifold starts to glow red (due to high temperature), stop cleaning immediately.
Air Filter Oil-special ultra-sticky impregnation for low-resistance air filters (HIGH-FLOW AIR FILTER) – in common language use «zero-it” or “zero-resistance filters”. Application: Remove the filter. Clean the filter surface from coarse dust and dirt particles by tapping and then using a soft-pile brush. Apply MANNOL Universal Cleaner 9972 on both sides of the filter. Let it soak in. After 10 minutes, rinse the filter in a container of water, then under a low stream of water. Dry the filter well. Shake the container and spray 9964 MANNOL Air Filter Oil on the filter from a distance of 20-30 cm. Mash the filter to achieve the best penetration of the impregnation into the filter. Let it dry for 15 minutes.

Application: before applying the product, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned of rust, dirt and dust, grease, oil and other organic contaminants. For degreasing, we recommend using 9691 MANNOL Brake Cleaner. For best results, it is recommended to apply the product at room temperature.
Shake the balloon well until the balloon inside is released and you can hear its sound. Then continue to shake the balloon for another minute. Hold it upright when spraying and spray in a layer of up to 1.5 mm at a distance of about 20-30 cm from the surface. Resistance to abrasion and corrosion increases with the thickness of the coating. For this reason, the spray process should be repeated once or twice after a short (1-2 minutes) drying time. To obtain a uniform coating and not to leave untreated areas, the spray must be carried out crosswise. The coating is not subject to further staining.
Depending on the thickness of the layer and weather conditions, the car is ready to move again in about 2 hours. Final drying takes 12-24 hours.
Attention! After application, clean the valve on the cylinder by spraying head down until only the propellant gas is released!

Application: before applying 7901 MANNOL Chain Lube, it is recommended to clean the chain with 7904 MANNOL Chain Cleaner. Spray the grease on the chain. After evaporation of the solvent (5-10 minutes), the lubricant acquires its final properties – the final consistency and the required adhesion.
Complex detergent and lubricant ashless (does not contain metals and their compounds) petrol additive based on synthetic esters for all types of petrol (including two-stroke) and hybrid engines equipped with catalytic converters. Cleans both the fuel system and the exhaust system. Improves the efficiency of catalytic converters by cleaning them WITHOUT DISMANTLING, as well as optimises the operation of oxygen sensors (lambda probes), keeping them clean.

Application: For maximum effective cleaning add in a ratio of 450 ml per 30 L of fuel (1:60) to the fuel tank; to prevent impurities add in a ratio of 1:100.
Carburetor Cleaner – highly effective carburetor cleaner without dismantling it. Quickly, carefully and effectively cleans throttle and air dampers, diffusers, jets and all other available internal surfaces of carburetors, as well as their external surfaces. Applicable to all two – or four-stroke gasoline engines, with or without catalytic converters.
Properties:
– It is a mixture of highly effective organic solvents. Does not contain acetone;
– Completely dissolves and removes all typical carburetor contaminants of various origins;
– Does not clog the engine components located behind the carburetor: valves, combustion chamber, etc.;

Application. Turn off the engine and remove the air filter. You need to get direct access to the throttle. Spray the product on all internal surfaces of the carburetor located in the access area, as well as, if necessary, on external surfaces. Let them dry. Replace the air filter in its original position. It is advisable to replace it at the same time. Turn on the engine and let it run at medium speed, and you can already start driving. You can also let the engine run at idle for 20 seconds at 2000 rpm, so that the remaining dirt in the injection system can burn.
If the engine allows, i.e. can maintain a stable speed when the air intake is disconnected, then cleaning can be performed when the engine is turned on. If this doesn’t work, contact the service center to find out how to do it. Sometimes it is enough to turn off the air flow meter. When the engine is running, the cleaning process is significantly intensified. At the same time, do not allow the product to get on the air flow meter and painted parts.
Belt Tensioner – means for care of driving belts: quickly, safely and effectively eliminates extraneous sounds (creaking, whistling, etc.) and slipping of belts, cleans them from dirt, removes traces of oils, restores elasticity, protects against drying and cracking. It is used for drive belts of alternators, air conditioners, power steering and other units.
Properties:
– Reduces wear on belts and pulleys, prevents their aging, thereby extending their service life;
– Increases the efficiency of the belt drive;

Application:
Stop the belt drive. Spray a small amount of the product from a distance of approximately 20 cm on the pulley under the side surfaces of the belt and/or directly on the side surfaces themselves. Turn the belt drive at least one full turn of the belt so that the product is evenly distributed over the belt surface. Repeat the procedure one or more times if you want to achieve a greater thickness of the protective layer. After applying the last layer leave to act for 10 minutes before starting the engine again.

Application:

DPF Regenerator & Flush Fluid – a professional set of tools for gentle cleaning and restoring the efficiency of diesel particulate filters (DPF) without dismantling them. Suitable for all diesel engines, both naturally aspirated and turbocharged, equipped with these systems. Applicable for diesel engines equipped and not equipped with automatic regeneration systems for diesel particulate filters. Suitable for all DPF’s. The product is applied to the particulate filter using a sprayer with a compressor.
Properties:
– 9995 DPF Regenerator starts the process of regeneration of the particulate filter. Promotes complete burning of the accumulated soot, loosening it and acting as a combustion catalyst. Dissolves and removes unburned dirt from the pores of the particulate filter;
– Especially effective for vehicles operating in urban mode and in the cold season;
– Restores the full capacity of the particulate filter, and the 9996 DPF Flush Fluid washes out all the dissolved residues of the 9995 DPF Regenerator;
– Restores the original engine power by reducing the hydrodynamic resistance of the filter. Save fuel;
– Neutral low-ash formula. It evaporates without a trace and is removed from the filter.
– Extends the service life of the particulate filter and reduces the cost of operating the car. Regular use may eliminate the need to replace the DPF altogether;

1. Stage with the use of DPF Regenerator 9995: Stop the engine. Cool the diesel particulate filter to less than 40 °C. Pour the entire amount of the product into the spray container. Remove one of the particulate filter sensors (pressure or temperature). Insert the spray gun into the orifice. Spray the entire volume of the product in the particulate filter at a pressure of 4 BAR. Leave to act for 20 minutes. Replace the sensor. Place the container under the exhaust pipe to collect dirt. Turn on the engine and let it run at high speed (approximately 3000 rpm) for 5 minutes, while the exhaust pipe may leak dirty black liquid.
Stop the engine. Cool the diesel particulate filter to less than 40 °C.
2. Stage with application of washing liquid 9996 DPF Flush Fluid: Pour the entire amount of the product into the spray container. Remove one of the particulate filter sensors (pressure or temperature). Insert the spray gun into the orifice. Spray the entire volume of the product in the direction of the particulate filter at a pressure of 4 BAR. Leave to act for 1-2 minutes. Insert the sensor into place. Turn on the engine and let it run at 2000 – 2500 rpm for 5 to 15 minutes until the product completely evaporates from the filter. During the cleaning process, foam flakes may escape from the exhaust pipe. Stopping the foam output indicates complete evaporation of the product.
After cleaning is complete, you need to drive for 20-30 minutes on a flat road with an engine speed of about 3000 rpm (it is allowed to let the engine idle for 20-30 minutes with a warm-up to the operating temperature). After that, for the best effect, start the process of forced (manual) regeneration of the particulate filter in accordance with the instructions of the car manufacturer.
To keep the particulate filter clean, use the 9994 MANNOL DPF Filter Cleaner in the future between service periods.
