The principle of the kit is to remove air from chips and cracks, and fill them with a strong resin, which makes the treated area of the glass even stronger than before. To achieve the best results, you should make repairs as soon as possible after the damage. Before the chipped or cracked area is contaminated.

1. Clean the damaged windshield from dust and dirt with a cleaning cloth. For best results, it is recommended to degrease the glass surface around the chip using 9691 MANNOL Brake Cleaner.
2. Remove glass fragments from the damaged area using a special red button.
3. Install the adhesive disc so that the damaged area is located in its center.
4. Place a black o-ring around the edges of the hole in the adhesive disc. Black o-rings can be used several times.
5. Glue the red mushroom shaped base on top of the adhesive disc and insert 2-6 drops of repair resin from a tube depending on the degree of damage – the more rays the crack has and the longer their length – the more resin is needed to fill all these cracks.
6. Install the syringe in the mushroom shaped base, with the plunger pressed all the way down. Then pull the piston as far as possible, creating a vacuum under the piston. Wait for 10 minutes. Remove the syringe. Push the plunger back in and place the syringe on the base, then pull the plunger out again as far as possible and wait for another 10 minutes.
7. Remove the syringe, mushroom shaped base, black ring and adhesive disc. If necessary, clean the glass from the adhesive disc with a scraper. To put the repair resin into any remaining damaged areas and cracks. Cover the damaged area with the repair resin applied with a thermal plate. Smooth the thermoplastics with a scraper and a cleaning cloth so that it fits snugly against the glass and there are no air bubbles under it. Remove excess resin from the edges of the thermoplastics with a cleaning cloth. Wait 15 minutes.
8. Remove the thermal plate or scrape it off with a scraper. Also, carefully scrape the dried repair resin from the glass.The kit includes:

To clean the surface and obtain optimal adhesion, it is recommended to sand the glass bonding line with a soft abrasive material. After sanding, clean the surfaces to be bonded using 9974 MANNOL Glas Cleaner and allow the cleaner to dry for 2 minutes. Degrease the surface of the glass using 9691 MANNOL Brake Cleaner. Dry. Heat the cartridge to 50-80 °C for 15 minutes. For large glasses, we also recommend preheating the second cartridge. Apply a thin layer of glue to the bonding points on the glass. It is allowed to apply glue not on the glass, but on the place of its landing in the opening of the windscreen on the body. It is necessary to start applying from the lower edge of the glass in a uniform layer without breaks along the contour and without gaps between the glue layer and the glass. Install the glass in the opening. Press lightly. The glass remains adjustable for 15 minutes. It is advisable to fix with tape, and then leave to dry. Complete polymerization and complete curing of the adhesive takes place within 24 hours. The car is suitable for driving after 1 hour, but in order to avoid displacement of the glass, which can subsequently lead to excessive internal stresses, and then cracks, it is advisable not to use the car at this time. The car itself must be on a flat surface. Bonding is desirable to be performed at room temperature and humidity of 50-60%.

The Latest development – a lubricating additive in gasoline. It is intended for all types of fuel systems of gasoline engines, first of all – for engines with direct fuel injection into cylinders. In diesel engines, such a power system was introduced earlier and showed its effectiveness, but also found a number of problems related to the lack of quality of lubrication of moving metal parts of the fuel system, and especially the high pressure fuel pump. We present a multifunctional complex for gasoline fuel. This balanced package of additives meets the most modern requirements, is compatible with any gasoline fuel, is easily mixed with it and completely dissolves, and is guaranteed to improve any commercial gasoline fuel, even if it contains ethanol, giving it best consumer properties, transferring it to the rank of the so-called "brand" fuel. When testing the lubricity of commercial gasoline AI-95, a more than twofold decrease in the diameter of the wear spot was recorded when only 0.1% of the additive was introduced into the fuel (1 liter of additive per 1000 liters of gasoline).
