Properties:

Application:
Remove the cabin filter. Warm up the engine. Dry the surface of the air conditioner evaporator. On 10 minutes set the following conditions for the heating and ventilation: OPEN all Windows, turn OFF engine, turn OFF the air conditioner, TURN on recirculation, the air supply will SET “on foot”, a temperature and fan to MAXIMUM.
Before applying the product, turn off the recirculation, TURN off the climate system (heater). CLOSE all Windows and doors and install the air supply “on the windscreen”. Insert the probe into the hole of the cabin filter as deep as possible, spray the product on the evaporator, and in the same way spray the product into the ventilation holes. We recommend that you spray 2/3 of the product through the filter hole and 1/3 through the air vents. You can also spray some of the product through the condensate drain holes (drains), while its remnants can flow out. Close the hole of the cabin filter with a plug. 250 ml is enough for one application. Leave on for 15-30 minutes.
After the foam settles, dry the air conditioner (dry the surface of the air conditioner evaporator) with the same settings as described above.
Install the cabin filter (preferably replace it with a new one). Make sure that the air conditioner is working properly.
In some cases (if the air conditioner is very dirty), you can clean it again. In case of very heavy contamination, if the MANNOL Air Conditioner Cleaner does not fully cope, it is necessary to perform a mechanical cleaning of the device. Leather Cleaner is a special product with a pleasant smell for effective cleaning and care of leather interiors of cars and their individual elements – seats, steering covers, etc., motorcycle seats, leather furniture and other smooth leather products.
Properties:
– Effectively removes most of the dirt, while strengthening the skin structure due to deep-penetrating active substances;
– Restores elasticity, prevents deformation, cracking and drying of leather surfaces;
– Forms a waterproof layer, which, at the same time, does not make the surface slippery and sticky;
– Does not contain dyes and is suitable for leather products of any color;
– Ideal for vehicles with heated seats with porous leather surfaces;

Application:
Shake the can thoroughly before use. Spray on the surface to be treated, then use a clean cloth or sponge to thoroughly wipe the surface in a circular motion, without exerting much effort, spreading the product evenly over it. Air-Con Fresh is a preventive product for deodorizing and disinfecting car air conditioners, ventilation ducts and car air ducts without removing the cabin filter.
Properties:

Application:
Dry the surface of the air conditioner evaporator. Application:

Application:

Turn on the engine and let it run at high speed (approximately 3000 rpm) for 5 minutes, while the exhaust pipe may leak dirty black liquid.
Stop the engine. Cool the diesel particulate filter to less than 40 °C.
2. Stage with application of washing liquid 9996 DPF Flush Fluid: Pour the entire amount of the product into the spray container. Remove one of the particulate filter sensors (pressure or temperature). Insert the spray gun into the orifice. Spray the entire volume of the product in the direction of the particulate filter at a pressure of 4 BAR. Leave to act for 1-2 minutes. Insert the sensor into place. Turn on the engine and let it run at 2000 – 2500 rpm for 5 to 15 minutes until the product completely evaporates from the filter. During the cleaning process, foam flakes may escape from the exhaust pipe. Stopping the foam output indicates complete evaporation of the product.
After cleaning is complete, you need to drive for 20-30 minutes on a flat road with an engine speed of about 3000 rpm (it is allowed to let the engine idle for 20-30 minutes with a warm-up to the operating temperature). After that, for the best effect, start the process of forced (manual) regeneration of the particulate filter in accordance with the instructions of the car manufacturer.

6. Install the syringe in the mushroom shaped base, with the plunger pressed all the way down. Then pull the piston as far as possible, creating a vacuum under the piston. Wait for 10 minutes. Remove the syringe. Push the plunger back in and place the syringe on the base, then pull the plunger out again as far as possible and wait for another 10 minutes.
7. Remove the syringe, mushroom shaped base, black ring and adhesive disc. If necessary, clean the glass from the adhesive disc with a scraper. To put the repair resin into any remaining damaged areas and cracks. Cover the damaged area with the repair resin applied with a thermal plate. Smooth the thermoplastics with a scraper and a cleaning cloth so that it fits snugly against the glass and there are no air bubbles under it. Remove excess resin from the edges of the thermoplastics with a cleaning cloth. Wait 15 minutes.
8. Remove the thermal plate or scrape it off with a scraper. Also, carefully scrape the dried repair resin from the glass.

Application:
1. Prepare and clean the damaged area.
Clean the damaged area with a household vacuum cleaner. Before starting work, make sure that the area is dry. Carefully cut off the worn places and excess threads, as well as the charred edges with scissors or a knife. When burning, remove all charred material. Give the place of damage smooth edges – you should get a hole in the material with smooth edges.
2. Insert the fabric backing under the damaged area. Use a spatula to push the fabric backing under the hole in step 1. To repair large holes larger than 6 mm, cut the fabric backing to a size slightly larger than the resulting hole. Use a spatula to smooth out the fabric backing. Glue the fabric backing on the inside with vinyl glue. Dry with a Hairdryer.
3. Choose a heat-resistant paper with the texture that best matches the texture of the damaged surface. On the back of the selected sheet of heat-resistant paper, draw the outline of the damaged area. This will allow you to correctly position the heat transfer point for the tool in point 8.
4. Repair deep damage. For deep damage, such as on a vinyl dashboard, use clear vinyl adhesive with filler and a spatula to level the damaged area to the original surface level. The glue will shrink slightly as it dries, leaving a void that will later be filled with a colored repair compound.
5. Using the table for the selection of color or empirically identify a set of repair compositions which when mixed will create the necessary shade. Mix this set in the required amount in the mixing container to get the desired shade. Check that the shade matches by rubbing a small amount of the mixture into the undamaged surface, then remove it with a cloth.
6. Apply the repair mixture. Once the vinyl glue is dry, use a spatula to apply the mixture evenly and gently to the damaged area. Wipe off any excess around the hole or damage. Do not cover the area of damage.
7. Place heat-resistant paper with the texture on the area to be repaired. Glue it on top of the repair mix, making sure that the marked contour is directly above the damaged area. Don’t move it. If the repair takes place on a vertical surface, secure the paper with tape on top.
8. Heat treatment. This is a very important stage in the repair process. Turn on the iron and let it warm up to a high temperature for at least four minutes. Place the tip of the heat transfer tool directly on the iron and allow a few minutes to warm up from the iron. Then press the tool against the working contour on heat-resistant paper and stroke the area under repair in a circular motion with a little effort for 20-30 seconds. Remove the heat-resistant paper from the repaired area.

Application:
1. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded of old paint and other coatings, dirt, grease and oil deposits. Remove burrs on the front side with a file and shape the pierced surface evenly forming a chamfer. Grind the damaged area with sandpaper within a radius of 5-7 cm around the perimeter of the piercing or the cracks.
2. Degrease using 9691 MANNOL Brake Cleaner. Roughen the surfaces for best results. Allow to dry.
3. Apply an appropriately sized mesh to the inside of the hole or crack to be treated, overlapping the edges of the hole by at least 5 cm. For large holes it is recommended to apply a second layer of mesh, additionally overlapping the first layer by 50 %. On the front side, apply the foil supplied with the kit to the surface to be treated.
Bonding can take place at any temperature and humidity conditions, however a temperature of +10 to +30 °C and a humidity of 50-60 % is optimal.
4. Squeeze out the required quantity of the two components from the double syringe and mix well. The mixing ratio is 1:1. Apply the mixture on the inner side of the reinforcing mesh over the entire treated surface. Smooth out the applied layer with a trowel, taking care not to apply excessive force to avoid squeezing the compound onto the front side.
5. After 10 minutes, remove the foil from the front side, allow the compound to harden and apply MANNOL Epoxy-Plastic 9904 to the treated surface in preparation for further painting.
Setting time 4-6 minutes after mixing. After 8-10 minutes the adhesive is already resistant to deformation. Complete curing takes 20-30 minutes, depending on the surrounding temperature. Do not apply the product at temperatures below 0 °C. Store tightly closed in the original packaging in a cool, dry place at temperatures between +5 °C and +25 °C.

Heat the cartridge to 50-80 °C for 15 minutes. For large glasses, we also recommend preheating the second cartridge. Apply a thin layer of glue to the bonding points on the glass. It is allowed to apply glue not on the glass, but on the place of its landing in the opening of the windscreen on the body.
